Mr. Jay Shringarpure is an ocean lover and environmentalist. He is also a social activist. He has contributed in spreading awareness about some of the important social causes. He truly believes that as a citizen of India, it is our moral responsibility to save and protect environment. He has initiated a lot of campaigns, some of them being: Poncho distribution, aarey forest protest, meals distribution, book distribution, beach cleanups, plastic collection, green smiles-a walk for oceans.
Our coasts and beaches are irreplaceable. Let’s save them.

Jay Shringarpure
Founder / President
An Ocean Lover and Environmentalist, Jay Shringarpure has versatile working experience ranging from Aviation industry to Film industry. His Chemical Engineering background helps him relate to elements of nature differently. An entrepreneur before he decided to dedicate his life to Conservation of Ocean and Environment.
Tejas Patel Program Manager
Commerce graduate with a background of Shipping industry, Tejas is our go to man for any kind of event and program management. He works closely with our staff and coordinators to make every program a success.
Tina Shringarpure
Co Founder / Treasurer
IHairstylist and Fashion Designer, Tina Shringarpure has been spreading cheers in the life of her long list of reputed clientele. An important member of our think tank, thanks to her creative thinking, intelligence and shrewd management skills.
Himanshu Shringarpure Administrative Manager
Has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing Masters in Counselling. Himanshu manages all our administrative needs and is primary support to all our coordinators.
Ninad Avale
Co-Founder / General Secretary
Teacher by profession has vast experience from various organisations like Airtel, IBM and 3 Global services. Ninad is teaching Mathematics and Science for last 9 years. He plays important role in planning and helping scale up various activities of the Foundation.
Sahil Mahindrakar Project Coordinator
Graduate in accounting and finance, Sahil is currently working with an insurance firm. Sahil provides field level support and manages program deliverable implemented by Jay Foundation.
Francis Lobo Program Head
Francis is involved in social campaigns from animal welfare to starting schools for underprivileged children. His boundless energy accompanied with inherent zeal and passion to do good for the society and environment makes him a great asset to our foundation.
Dhanashri Pol Project Co-Ordinator
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Co-ordinates with colleges to join hands in Beach Clean-up. Shoot events conducted by Jay Foundation.
